One of the things that the Holy One, blessed be He, hates is a person who urinates naked in front of his bed. One who urinates naked before his bed brings about poverty. This statement applies only when he turns his face toward the bed [that is, downward]; but if he turns outward, there is no concern. And even when he turns his face toward the bed, this statement applies only when he urinates on the ground; but when he urinates into a utensil, there is no concern.
