דין מי שהרהר בלבו להתענות. ובו סעיף אחד: מי שהרהר בלבו שלא בשעת תפלת המנחה להתענות למחר לא הוי קבלה דלא עדיף מהוציא בפיו להתענות למחר דלא הוי קבלת תענית כיון שלא קבלו בתפלת המנחה:
