How to submit your request

Write to delphine.thorafree@gmail.com stating the email address (or phone number) you use to access your donor space. We may ask you for an additional confirmation to protect your account.

You may also request a copy of your data before deletion, at the same address.

Data that is deleted

• Your sign-in identifiers and your access to the donor space.
• The contact details saved in your donor profile (name, address, donor type).
• The display of your donations in your space (history and viewable receipts).
• Your favorites and preferences saved on our systems.
• Your registration for notifications and optional communications.

Data that may be kept for up to 10 years

Records related to your donations (supporting documents, accounting and tax elements, receipts issued) may be kept for up to 10 years, as set out in the privacy policy for accounting and tax obligations. These records contain the donor's contact details (name, address, donor type) as well as the amount and date of each donation: the information about your donations that these obligations require is therefore not deleted during that period, even after your account is deleted. Your profile and the display of your donations in your space are deleted; these records are kept separately, used only for those obligations, and cannot be deleted before the end of the applicable retention period, which does not exceed 10 years.
